AP Professionals of Rochester has partnered with a packaging manufacturer in search of a Territory Sales Manager. This role will involve comprehending and cultivating the designated territory to optimize revenue and profit growth. It entails nurturing, establishing, and forging connections with both current and prospective clients. Additionally, it entails actively contributing to company-wide initiatives aimed at boosting sales volume.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve predetermined sales targets within the designated territory by expanding and preserving market presence.
  • Recognize potential business prospects and formulate tailored recommendations to fulfill objectives, all while delivering effective customer solutions.
  • Ensure the precise upkeep of customer accounts and contact details in the designated record system.
  • Sustain regular communication and promptly follow up with both customers and potential clients.
  • Foster robust and mutually beneficial connections with both new and established customers.
  • Demonstrate the capability to meet sales goals and adhere to budget forecasts.
  • Act as the company's representative at trade shows, meetings, and other relevant events as required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Experience working with Microsoft teams
