Description

AP Professionals is assisting an Automotive Organization with their search to find a Part-Time HR Administrator. This positions provides administrative support on department functions and activities in the areas of EEO, Workers Compensation, Labor Law Compliance, and implementation of HR policies. This position would be about 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance of employee records/file
  • Ensures proper  documentation is obtained on all new hires and terminations according company requirements
  • Assist in the distribution of benefit plan communication, maintenance of employee benefits enrollment records and processing of vendor invoices

Experience

  • Two years’ experience in an administrative/clerical support role
  • Experience in human resources functions and ADP/Payroll systems a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge with Microsoft office products including Excel, MS Word and Outlook are a plus
