Description

AP Professionals is working with an organization who is searching for an Office Manager to join their team. This is a part-time position that will be working around 24 hours a week.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll with ADP interface
  • Onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, PFL
  • QuickBooks
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Banking and bank reconciliations
  • Monthly billing
  • Managing expense reports, financial reports, and credit card reconciliation
  • End of year closing out
  • Workers comp audit
  • Coordinate with outside accounting firm for taxes and collection of information for 1099’s and submission
  • Clean up any AR
  • Document formatting
  • Insurance certificates
  • Occasional collections emails/phone calls
  • Mail sorting

Education

  • An Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
