AP Professionals is working with an organization who is searching for an Office Manager to join their team. This is a part-time position that will be working around 24 hours a week.
Responsibilities
Payroll with ADP interface
Onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, PFL
QuickBooks
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Banking and bank reconciliations
Monthly billing
Managing expense reports, financial reports, and credit card reconciliation
End of year closing out
Workers comp audit
Coordinate with outside accounting firm for taxes and collection of information for 1099’s and submission
Clean up any AR
Document formatting
Insurance certificates
Occasional collections emails/phone calls
Mail sorting
Education
An Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience
1-2 years of accounting experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
