AP is currently working with a great organization to secure a temp-hire candidate to join their team!  They are centrally located in the Rochester area near many popular amenities.  Do you want to work for a progressive company, have the ability to work from home and in the office, AND join a great team?  If so, then we have the role for you!!  This position offers hours of 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 with a current schedule of working from home!  The selected candidate must be willing to work in the office should this schedule be adjusted to a hybrid situation.  You should possess excellent customer services skills, be computer literate, and have excellent communications skills to qualify for this role.   This company has outstanding values!

Responsibilities

  • Manages the client menu build process, pre and post site launch.
  • Ensures applicable information is gathered for a complete menu setup within the software.
  • Reviews all raw menu data to develop an organizational plan for category and menu item setup.
  • Creates and/or reviews requirements documentation provided with the menu assignment.
  • Monitors and manages requests received from the departmental e-mail box.
  • Completes menu support tickets as assigned.
  • Manages and prioritizes multiple client requests and projects within designated timeframes.
  • Performs quality control checks to ensure menu standards are met.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for client requests or concerns.
  • Provides timely responses and follow-up via email and telephone.
  • Educates clients on system benefits.
  • Provides weekly progress reports and updates to the Menu Operations Manager.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop solutions for unique client needs.
  • Works collectively with team members to develop documentation of the system and Menu Department processes.
  • Provides recommendations to improve departmental processes and the overall client experience.
  • Participates in team meetings in efforts to understand team priorities and challenges.

Education

Associates degree or higher preferred

Experience

Previous experience in an office setting

Excellent Customer Service skills

Very technically inclined
