Description

AP Professionals has partnered with a local company in search of a temporary Administrative Data Entry Clerk. This position would be for 2 to 3 months. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, providing support, and assisting as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience with Sage100 or similar platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
  • Update customer accounts and manage inventory items.
  • Deliver customer service and support.

Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • General experience with accounting software.
  • Preferred experience with data entry in Sage ERP.
  • Preferred experience with eCommerce platforms.
