Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with operations to accurately report production per our contracts:
Billing customers
Accounts receivable
Analyzing profit and loss statements
Reconcile jobs, contracts, and reports to ensure accurate reporting
Produce and submit customer invoices to make sure work is compensated for
Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently
Assist company personnel, customers, and others with resolution of problems
Education
Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent preferred
Experience
Experience with basic accounting practices, such as debits and credits
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Possess strong analytical, typing, grammar, spelling, math and computer skills
Ability and tenacity to solve problems
Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Detail-oriented and maintain the accuracy of information
Enjoy working in a high-volume fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm
