Description

The Support Coordinator is a direct hire, full time position. Located in West Henrietta, NY, this position offers great company benefits, and Employee Stock Options!

Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with operations to accurately report production per our contracts:
    • Billing customers
    • Accounts receivable
    • Analyzing profit and loss statements
  • Reconcile jobs, contracts, and reports to ensure accurate reporting
  • Produce and submit customer invoices to make sure work is compensated for
  • Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently
  • Assist company personnel, customers, and others with resolution of problems

Education

  • Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent preferred

Experience

  • Experience with basic accounting practices, such as debits and credits

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess strong analytical, typing, grammar, spelling, math and computer skills
  • Ability and tenacity to solve problems
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Detail-oriented and maintain the accuracy of information
  • Enjoy working in a high-volume fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm
