AP Professionals has partnered with a local health facility with their search to secure an Office Manager, Bookkeeper. Knowledge of QuickBooks and general accounting functions are essential to this position.


  • Oversite of the General Ledger
  • Prepare and post accounting documents such as fees, receipts, deposits, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, checks, and other related accounting documentation
  • Review and post accounts payable
  • Prepare management reports for budget compliance
  • Receive and count cash
  • Maintain accurate personal petty cash accounts, and other records
  • File and maintain accounting records and reports
  • Provide written and/or oral reports to the CFO, Executive Director, Human Resources Director or other authorized personnel as required
  • Maintain and liaison with long term care carriers
  • Standardize methods in which work outcomes will be accomplished
  • Maintain confidentiality in all functional areas
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned


  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred but not required


  • 2-3 years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
  • 2 years of QuickBooks experience required
