Description

AP Professionals of Rochester has partnered with a local software company in search of two Business Development Representatives. Some who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and creative candidate who enjoys developing new business through sales will do well in this role!

Eligible for commissions!

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position.

This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Foster robust business relationships with influential decision-makers.
  • Proactively discover fresh opportunities and provide creative solutions to clients.
  • Formulate market strategies through in-depth research on lists of high-potential prospects.
  • Establish critical customer connections, spot business prospects, and secure deals, all while staying well-informed about prevailing market conditions.

Education

  • Business-related Associate’s degree or equivalent practical background.

Experience

  • Two years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficiency in verbal communication skills.
