Responsibilities

This role is responsible for assisting with onboarding of clients and staff, project management, technology and process management, and general office administration.  The individual must be highly organized, comfortable with many different technologies, willing to learn the accounting industry and its best practices, as well as jump into any task with a positive, can-do attitude.  You will help people get comfortable with their organization, stay on top of multiple tasks, and help plan their capacity.  You will also do office administrative tasks as necessary.  You will work in a fast paced, service oriented and fun environment, ensuring that their culture is maintained as they grow.

Requirements include

  • Strong technology skills (CRM; Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive, To-Do; CCH, etc.)
  • Positive attitude

Education

  • Accounting industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting

 

 

 

Experience

Minimum of 2+ yrs experience in an office setting utilizing various software programs.  Experience in an accounting firm would be extremely beneficial.
