Customer Service-Manufacturing

AP is currently working with a manufacturing company located in Spencerport NY. They are seeking a CSR to join their team! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the clients of this facility. They will interact with customers to answer questions about services and products, respond to customer requests and complaints, create shipping documents, invoice customers, schedule delivery with transportation provider, print reports etc.  The CSR at Spencerport, NY works Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 on site. This is a full-time position that is Direct Hire!

Essential Functions:

• Provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to their clients.
• Answer questions about services and products, respond to customer requests and complaints.
• Handle all aspects of the resolution of customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines governing customer service interactions as outlined by the company.

At least a High School Diploma

2-4 years of customer service experience

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
