The customer service representative plays a crucial role in the organization by directly interacting with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering positive interactions with all callers. This service provider is well-known in the Rochester area!
They are open every day of the week so the options for schedules are Monday-Friday 7AM to 4PM, Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:30PM, or Thursday-Sunday 8AM-7PM. There is a 3-week training class Mon-Fri with hours of either 8-5 or 7-4.
The pre-employment requirements are a background, alcohol, and drug test. This position is on site with no opportunity for remote or hybrid.
