Excellent opportunities for experienced call center customer service representatives! We are currently working with a westside organization looking to add multiple people to their Call Center staff. The customer service representative plays a crucial role in the organization by directly interacting with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering positive interactions with all callers. This service provider is well-known in the Rochester area! They are looking for individuals that can work one of the following shifts 8-5, 10-7, or 11-8. They are open every day of the week so the options for schedules are Mon-Fri, Tues-Saturday, Wed.-Sunday, Thurs-Monday, Fri-Tues, Sat.-Wed, Sunday-Thurs. There is a 3-week training class Mon-Fri with hours of either 8-5 or 7-4. The pre-employment requirements are a background and drug test. This position is on site with no opportunity for remote or hybrid.
