AP has an excellent assignment with a company located in Henrietta.  This is an URGENT need, Mon-Friday with hours of 8:30-5, pay of $20 hourly!  Our client seeks a positive, detail-oriented, Data Entry Specialist.  You will process daily vendor invoices, invoice customers, provide administrative support and be willing to assist as needed. The ideal candidate has data entry in Sage100 or other accounting platform experience. They are tech savvy, an excellent problem solver and efficient worker. The Data Entry Specialist must be able to effectively communicate with fellow coworkers to ensure the timely and accurate entry of invoices and data. They must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet urgent deadlines. We're looking for a fast learner than can work with minimal supervision. Sage knowledge/experience is highly preferred.



  • Communicate with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
  • Updating customer accounts and inventory items.
  • Provide customer service and support.



  • Good work ethic and attendance.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of purchase order and invoicing procedures.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • General accounting software experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience with data entry in Sage ERP preferred.
  • Experience with eCommerce sites preferred.
