Data / Systems Analyst

AP Professionals has partnered with a fantastic non-profit company that serves the Rochester area. This business has served the community for decades and is in search of a Contract Data / Systems Analyst to focus on their internal system. This role involves becoming the SME of their system, supporting users, running reports, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. This position can be either a part-time, or full-time position for 3-6 months. Flexibility is a main perk of this role! This position can be performed remotely the majority of the time, but will require someone in the Rochester area that is comfortable traveling to their downtown locations.

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions tailored for diverse audiences, including individuals and teams.
• Lead “train-the-trainer” sessions to equip internal leaders with the tools to train their teams effectively.
• Identify and resolve routine data quality issues, offering timely support and proactive training to prevent recurring problems.
• Generate and analyze reports to track progress, monitor data quality, and ensure system user compliance with established protocols. Address system application issues by clarifying reports, diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and collaborating with management to implement plans.
• Develop and optimize processes and systems to support existing and new client programs, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Meet regularly with the Director of Programs (weekly) and the VP of Finance (monthly) to provide updates and maintain alignment.

• Technical aptitude in order to become proficient in client management systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Skilled in communicating with diverse audiences through multiple channels to ensure training is delivered and comprehended.
