AP Professionals has partnered with a local, and growing institution that is looking to add a Database Administrator to their team. Newly created and open due to growth! The Database Administrator will report directly to the CTO and assist with implementing, managing, and maintaining their systems. Provide training and assist with future technologies. 2-5 years of experience within a Data Analyst / Administrator role required. This position has a lot of growth potential and requires an individual who is personable, and who enjoys presenting to stakeholders and interacting in a fun and engaging environment.


  • Create and maintain accurate records according to established data standards.
  • Ensure data consistency across all modules of the system.
  • Manage data flow and ensure data synchronization between systems
  • Document relevant data flow, master dictionary, and business process flows.
  • Create and support custom queries and reports.
  • Keep the CTO informed on short and long-range data issues and opportunities.
  • Create and support custom queries and reports.
  • Resolve operational system problems related to the module.
  • Provide support creating forms and master data.
  • Interface with tech support to resolve technical issues.
  • Notify colleagues of any updated information that may impact their departments.
  • As technology strategy is updated and added to, provide database administrative support for systems.
  • Create and manage data integrations between connected systems.
  • Provide API and tech integration support as needed.
  • Ensure vendor management and vendor support for the institute technologies.


  • Bachelor’s degree


  • Minimum of 2-5 years as Database Administrator or similar position.
  • Extensive experience using SQL query language and creating custom triggers, queries.
  • Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Power BI
  • Experience with data visualization languages like Python, R etc.,
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
