Description

AP Professionals is working with a company located in Phelps that is seeking an Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Company Financials in QuickBooks
  • Process weekly payroll and withholdings
  • Quarterly NYS & Federal Taxes and reporting
  • Annual Fed UE, W-2, 1099's
  • Product storage administration and inventory tracking
  • Contract Management
  • Accounting
  • AP, full cycle, vouchering to payments.
  • AR, full cycle, invoicing to receipts, deposits
  • Maintain Accruals & Prepaid Expenses
  • Enter Journal Entries as needed
  • Cash Management/Banking /Loan management
  • Corporate Reporting
  • Monthly/Quarterly reporting to Bank & Board of Directors
  • Assist with annual audit preparation
  • Budget & Forecasting
  • Benefits management
  • Truck Fuel Tax Calculation: NY monthly, IFTA quarterly
  • Office supply purchasing
  • Document Retention-Storage
  • Company Credit card(s) management
  • Assist with Organic Certification audit

Education

  • Bachelors degree is related field

Experience

  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of Accounting experience
