AP Professionals has partnered with a great company located in West Henrietta that is looking to add an Human Resource Generalist to their HR team! This position serves at the direct point of contact for company employees.
Responsibilities
Develop effective working relationships across HR functions to understand key process requirements and help drive efficient resolution of problems that arise.
Engage with employees and managers to resolve employee questions, concerns, and issues.
Continually seek ways to improve our internal processes and improve employee engagement.
Assist with the administration of all benefits, working collaboratively with our corporate benefits team and third-party providers.
Support the organization with daily HR processes such as transfers, compensation changes, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Assist with Onboarding and New Employee Orientation as necessary.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
Experience
Possess a minimum of 5 years related experience in a Human Resources capacity.
Experience with Oracle HCM.
Prior experience with SharePoint.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Proven ability to effectively build relationships with employees and management.
Strong experience responding to and resolving employee questions and concerns.
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources practices, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, and Compensation administration.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems and comfortable learning new systems as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
Thorough understanding on how HR interacts with payroll.
