AP Professionals is working with an organization located in Victor as they search for an HR & Payroll Specialist. This position reports to the Director of Administration and manages day-to-day HR operations.  This is a wonderful opportunity that offers some flexibility and other great benefits!


  • Work closely with department managers and employees to ensure smooth running of HR processes
  • Manage the full-cycle payroll process, including inputting employee information, processing payroll, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and termination processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR and payroll processes
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Assist with employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings of candidates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and payroll administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and payroll processing software
