  • Financial Projection & Analysis Support for deals
  • Capital Investor Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Bank and Historic Tax Credit Legal Closing, Financial Reporting, and Analysis
  • Support Controller when needed
  • Development Project Budget Development and Financial Analysis (Budget to Actual)
  • Development Project Estimation Support and Analytics (Obtaining, Budget Preparation,
    Organizing Non-Construction Spend, Holding, and Interest Costs)
  • Construction Project Cost Accounting and Project Profit and Loss Analysis
  • Sales Tax Exempt Reporting Analytics
  • Municipal, IRS, and NYS Dept. of Tax and Finance – Compliance Requirements
  • Analysis of Property Management Tool Capabilities for Financial Analytics
  • Support Grant and Subsidized Loan Application Projects
  • Operating Budgets for Owned Real Estate
  • Year-End Financial Statement Analysis
  • ad hoc project work


  • bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • MBA or CPA a plus, but not required


  • Ideal profile is 3-4 years in public accounting, and now looking to transition out of public
  • experience with both audit and tax preferred, but not required
