  • Manage and direct the staff responsible for various operational departments
  • Work with team to implement/improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for each department
  • Oversee the monthly and year-end closing process, including review and analysis
  • Lead interface with external CPA firm and global headquarters to complete annual audit and tax preparation
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Prepares and monitors annual budget by gathering and organizing financial information, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions
  • Prepares regular reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational & accounting data and trends
  • Defines and maintains procedures for retention, protection, transfer and disposal of records
  • Ad hoc finance projects on an as-needed basis


  • bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • MBA, CPA and/or CMA preferred, but not required


  • 3+ years in a supervisory accounting role with direct reports
  • 2+ years experience with oversight of non-accounting departments (purchasing, IT, shipping/receiving, etc.)
  • strong capabilities within Excel
