Financial Reporting Analyst

As an integral part of a team, this person will help manage the general ledger and financial transactions to produce vital financial reports. After successfully acclimated and settled in the role, there is flexibility to work remotely one day each week.

• Support the financial closing process by ensuring all entries are recorded accurately and timely.
• Prepare reconciliations of applicable balance sheet items.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and financial reporting packages.
• Assists with the annual overhead budget preparation and monthly analysis/variance.
• Reviews variance analysis on an ongoing basis and identifies/resolves variance issues.
• Participate in special projects as required, including system implementations, process improvements, and other financial initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or a related field

• 1-2 years of accounting experience is preferred
