We are currently working with a firm located in Downtown Rochester to secure top talent to join their team.  As a Float, you will provide support to the Litigation, Corporate Real Estate and the Trust & Estates Department.  The preferred candidate will have previous legal administrative experience, strong written and verbal skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support across various practice areas with a focus on litigation matters
  • Manage document productions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
  • Assist with final preparation and filing of court documents, including briefs, motion papers, and more.
  • Proactively manage priorities in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and teams to ensure timely, accurate and efficient support.

Experience

  • 3+ years' experience as an Admn in the Legal field
  • Proficiency with MSOffice
