Responsibilities

  • Employee Records Management: As a key member of our team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of meticulously maintaining employee records and files.
    • Your role involves ensuring that all necessary documentation is acquired for both new hires and terminations, strictly adhering to company requirements.
    • Your attention to detail will be crucial in guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of employee records, contributing to the smooth functioning of our HR processes.
  • Benefits Administration Support: Contribute to the seamless administration of our employee benefit programs by assisting in the distribution of benefit plan communications.
    • Your role will extend to the careful maintenance of employee benefits enrollment records, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Additionally, you will play a key role in the efficient processing of vendor invoices related to employee benefits, facilitating the financial aspects of our comprehensive benefits packages.

Experience

  • Two years’ experience in an administrative/clerical support role
  • Experience in human resources functions and ADP/Payroll systems a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Proficient computer skills/knowledge with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, MS Word and Outlook
