Description

AP Professionals of Rochester has partnered with a local security company in search of a business development and sales representative. Some who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative who enjoys developing new business through sales will do well in this role!

 

Eligible for commission!
This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position.
This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Foster robust business relationships with influential decision-makers through B2B sales practices.
  • Proactively discover new opportunities and provide creative solutions to clients.
  • Formulate market strategies through in-depth research on lists of high-potential prospects.
  • Establish critical customer connections, spot business prospects, and secure deals, all while staying well-informed about prevailing market conditions.

Education

  • Business-related Associate’s degree or equivalent practical background

Experience

  • Over two years of experience in sales or account management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficiency in verbal communication skills
