AP Professionals has partnered with a growing, culture-oriented company in search of an IT Support Specialist. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology looking to expand their career and knowledge of IT. The main responsibility of this role is to set up, install, and troubleshoot end-user devices and software. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience is desired. Applicants should have knowledge of basic desktop troubleshooting, user set up, Active Directory, and O365. An aptitude to learn is a must!

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity

  • Manage a ticketing system to respond to customer needs
  • Provide application support to end users remotely or in person
  • Deploy and manage hardware for end users
  • Assist in training end users on new technologies
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
  • Manage IT inventory and ensure availability of necessary hardware (laptops, headsets, webcams, etc.)
  • Install, configure, and upgrade end user devices
  • Assist in other projects as needed


  • An Associates or Bachelors Degree in technology is desired


  • 1-3+ years of similar IT support experience
  • Exposure to VMWare, Azure, AWS, and Linux is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to communicate solutions to technical and non-technical individuals
