Description

AP Professionals is working with one of our best long-term clients who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager.  This position will lead the talent acquisition strategy for the large and growing North American operations. to include program design, implementation, and administration. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have high visibility with the executive suite and operational leadership.  The ideal candidate will have confidence and prior experience leading talent acquisition activities and developing innovative programs that have proven effective in achieving hiring goals. The salary range posted for this position is based upon best estimate for qualifications listed. Final salary determination for the chosen candidate will be made based upon their qualifications as compared to the requirements put forth in the description.

Responsibilities

  • Design & lead the long-term talent acquisition strategy
  • Design and implement recruitment and selection processes and policies
  • Design and ensure appropriate implementation of the employee value proposition strategy
  • Build a process to supply long-term talent pipeline needs
  • Lead workforce planning and employee forecasting needs and develop proactive strategies to recruit and fill
  • Responsible for vendor and agency relationships, inclusive of assessing effectiveness and impact on business results
  • Lead the implementation of consistent selection practices
  • Enable othe utilization of traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques and recruitment tools to ensure successful outcomes
  • Enhance diversity recruitment efforts and programs
  • Provide insights and analytics to HR and the business
  • Maintain focus on the development and consistent execution of best practices in staffing and recruitment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with the ability to develop and execute a hiring strategy
  • 5+ years experience supervising and developing a talent acquisition team preferred
  • Thorough understanding of all federal and state regulations affecting areas of recruitment and selection and remains current with changes in employment laws
  • Experience working with all levels of management to determine recruitment and hiring strategies
  • Experience with developing candidate pipelines through proactive measures
  • Experience managing talent acquisition vendor relationships
