AP is currently working with a law firm located on the eastside of Rochester.  Are you looking for a job that will challenge you, reward you, and have an impact on others?  Would you like to work in a gorgeous office park and have a hybrid schedule?  This boutique firm is seeking someone who likes making a positive impact on people knowing at the end of each day you helped someone who needed the support and understanding that you would provide.  Some of the many responsibilities you will have is to create a memorable client experience, case management and marketing.   If you are an experienced Admin who has some marketing, this would be the ideal role for you to utilize your talent at a company that is growing.  They currently have a presence in Rochester, Buffalo and soon to be Albany.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has telephone/intake/inside sales/customer service/marketing skill experience. Law firm or professional service experience is a plus. You should also have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Write, edit and publish high-quality, informative and engaging content for the law firm's website, blog, and other marketing channels
  • Maintain and update the law firm's website and ensure it is user-friendly and accurately reflects the firm's brand and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing channels and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the law firm's marketing efforts are at the forefront of innovation
  • Coordinate networking lunches and marketing research

 

Education

Associates or Bachelors degree with relevant experience

  • Conveys confidence on the phone; sets the tone and the pace of the client phone call
  • Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time
  • Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, punctuation, form, and style.
  • Strong computer and Internet skills, including the ability to resolve tech issues and the ability to learn new software quickly with limited guidance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with CRM a plus
  • Possess or ability to obtain a New York Notary License
  • Excellent client service and listening skills for anticipating needs of clients and attorneys, and for maintaining a professional image and performance.
