They currently have a presence in Rochester, Buffalo and soon to be Albany.
The ideal candidate has telephone/intake/inside sales/customer service/marketing skill experience. Law firm or professional service experience is a plus. You should also have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.
Associates or Bachelors degree with relevant experience
