AP currently has a terrific Direct Hire opportunity with a well-known builder.  Take your talents to this top-notch organization and be a part of a growing and stable company.   Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for crafting winning proposals?  You will combine your marketing expertise with persuasive writing to develop compelling proposals.  This position is crucial to the organization and requires someone with a strong marketing and writing background.  This position is on site with the hours of 8-5.  The range of pay is between $19-25 hourly.

Responsibilities

  • Executing client focused materials, including proposals, case studies, print materials, awards submissions, and presentations
  • Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Assisting with the planning of employee and client events
  • Company branding support
  • Assistance with the execution of tradeshows and charitable contributions
  • Database entry and information control

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 yrs experience
  • Database experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite (most specifically InDesign)
  • Strong writing or drafting of proposals
