Description

AP Professionals is currently recruiting for various positions.  These are full time and can be temp, temp-hire or direct.   If you are an experienced Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Patient Service Representative, Marketing Proposal Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, etc.  We want to hear from you!  We have outstanding clients that we are proud to work with and provide opportunities to candidates seeking employment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls in a professional manner
  • Document results of each call
  • Calendar maintenance
  • Travel arranging
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Entering information into system and auditing it for accuracy
  • Responding to emails
  • Checking patients in/out
  • Verifying insurance
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets and MSW documents
  • Utilizing InDesign to create proposals for bids
  • Ability to problem solve quickly

Education

At least a high school diploma with a preference for an associate or bachelor's degree

Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a like position
