Operations Supervisor

AP Professionals has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in search of an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production requirements and ensuring proper staffing, safety metrics, and efficiency to meet production goals. Must have cleanroom experience and the ability to maintain ISO cleanroom certifications to oversee packaging of sterile products. 2 years of experience in a similar role or supervisory role is desired.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

• Oversee the production process – manufacturing through packaging
• Supervise and direct team members
• Oversee workflow, distribution of work and assist hands on when needed
• Create a weekly labor schedule with the Manager
• Manage schedules to cover absences and stay on track for production schedules
• Work closely with the non-sterile manufacturing team
• Encourage efficiency throughout the department
• Implement and drive safety and compliance standards

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience

• ISO cleanroom experience and certifications
• Pharmaceutical experience desired
• Ability to work B shift and other flexible hours when necessary
• Ability to pass a physical and a drug test
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills
