  • Proficiently communicates technical intricacies of industrial filtration.
  • Identifies prime opportunities and tactics for enhancing sales.
  • Markets industrial filters across diverse channels and customer segments.
  • Enhances revenue per customer within the existing clientele.
  • Expands customer base through networking, targeted outreach, and lead conversion.
  • Devises and executes meticulous prospecting strategies to fuel pipeline growth.
  • Organizes and conducts comprehensive product trainings, both virtually and onsite.
  • Guides new product/project endeavors from inquiry to order, ensuring adherence to specifications and timely delivery.
  • Collaborates with internal sales team to understand customer needs, formulate quotations, and secure sales.
  • Formulates market expansion strategies in current and prospective sectors, aligning with company President's vision.
  • Manages administrative tasks such as call tracking, sales progress reporting, and documentation.
  • Adopts a consultative sales approach, surpassing customer expectations.
  • Cultivates company culture internally and externally through exemplary customer service and teamwork.
  • Achieves year-over-year revenue growth while meeting margin targets.
  • Prepares quotes, drawings, and estimates based on customer requirements.
  • Cultivates and sustains robust relationships with the customer base.
  • Follows up on previous or cold quotations diligently.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience required at a minimum.


  • A minimum of five years' experience in B2B sales. Technical sales experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving high sales performance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficient in understanding all technical aspects of manufacturing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in small groups.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Apple OS.
  • Proven aptitude for building and sustaining strong relationships, educating, and influencing customers to establish long-term trusted partnerships.
