EXCELLENT Direct Hire opportunity with a well-known eastside legal firm.  Are you a skilled Paralegal with a strong background in Trusts & Estates?  We have partnered with this firm to secure a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join their well-established, highly regarded law firm.

You will be responsible for working on estate administration matters for both taxable and non-taxable estates.

• Interact with a wide variety of clients in person, on the phone, via email and video conferencing
• Draft, edit, and review probate and administration related documents
• Assist clients with retitling assets
• Assemble and organize financial records for estate tax returns and audits
• Prepare, edit and revies estate tax returns
• Prepare fiduciary income tax returns and settlement papers for both informal and formal settlement of estates and trusts

• Must have previous experience as a Paralegal in Trusts & Estates of 3+ yrs
• Must have previous experience preparing state and fiduciary taxes-non negotiable
• Excellent MSOffice skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication, and organizational skills
• Strong proofreading and analytical skills to ensure top quality of legal documents
• Exhibit well-developed interpersonal skills
• Meet expected billable hours
