Part-Time Accounting Clerk

AP Professionals has partnered with this Fairport organization for years. Friendly and professional atmosphere! They have a part-time accounting clerk need with minimal hours. The expectation right now is two days per week (Monday and Tuesday), every other week. There is potential for additional hours if desired, perhaps three days per week (still every other week). Training and support is offered, too. Wonderful opportunity to secure a role that promotes work-life balance!

• assist with bi-weekly payroll processing
• ensure timely invoicing of client and/or government contracts
• aid finance team in production of various financial reports
• ad-hoc work, as assigned

• no specific education requirement
• an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred, but not necessary with relevant experience

• 3+ years of related experience
