Description

We have a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a small firm located in Henrietta.  Our client is looking for administrative support for 20 hours a week.  This is a great opportunity if you want to work but don't want a full-time commitment.  Would you like to work 3 or 4 days a week in either the morning or afternoon hours?  If you are an experienced admin., we want to connect with you!

Responsibilities

  • Process the Mail
  • Answer the phones
  • Review Contracts
  • Insurance certificates to customers
  • Travel arrangement for out of town work
  • Job safety outlines/training for some of our customers.  All of this is on line
  • DMV work for their vehicles (registrations, insurance, Heavy Highway Permits, EZ passes)
  • Other tasks as assigned

This is a small office so they are looking for someone with the mindset that will pitch in wherever needed.

Experience

  • At least 2 yrs of recent Administrative Assistant experience
  • Solid knowledge of MSW, Excel and Outlook
  • Any experience working with technicians is a plus!
