AP Professionals is partnering with a local construction company searching for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will have the chance to refine your skills in sales, account management, and business development. You'll engage closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. This role demands excellent communication skills, proficiency in relationship building and negotiation, and a results-oriented focus.

This is a full-time, direct hire position with an onsite requirement at a Rochester based location. This position offers opportunities for commission, continued advancement, and benefits!

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate on creating and implementing strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive engagement and development activities.
  • Provide prospective clients with comprehensive product information and conduct effective demonstrations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction sales or a related industry is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software; experience with Asana is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
