Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for account reconciliation and analysis, journal entries, and year-end audits. • Handle intercompany accounting.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Participate in diverse accounting and finance projects, including process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely monthly ledger closings.
• Conduct account reconciliation and analysis.
• Prepare and analyze various management reports.
• Perform cost accounting analysis.
• Prepare financial statements for subsidiary and sister companies.
• Review purchase orders.
• Support year-end audit processes.
• Provide general accounting and finance support.
• Collaborate regularly with departmental managers and the CFO

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.

• At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably public or cost accounting.
• ERP experience a plus.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven and task-focused.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to self-review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work extended hours during deadlines, particularly for quarterly reporting and non-routine transactions.
