Senior Financial Analyst

Stable professional services firm on the eastside, that is well-known in our community. Consistently ranked towards the top of their industry in the US. Due to a recent promotion, there's a Senior Financial Analyst vacancy on the team. This role is a blend of both traditional and operational analysis, helping leaders to make informed business decisions. Onsite for training, and hybrid flexibility down the road.

• Prepare reports, charts, and tables as requested for the monthly membership financial package
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and reforecast process as needed
• Prepare and distribute FTE and headcount reports
• Maintain timekeeper and employee databases
• Complete payroll reconciliation and prepare adjusting entries as needed
• Make recommendations to firm management on how to move business ahead based on the information generated and analyzed
• Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or CPA a plus, but not required

• 5+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience
• Advanced knowledge of both Excel and Access is highly desired
• Exposure to report writers and an interest in developing a deeper understanding to produce various reports and solve business issues
