Staff Accountant

• Responsible for monitoring the daily banking transactions of the company and reconciling the company bank accounts
• Responsible for monthly journal entries, including accruals, intangible asset amortization, revenue recognition entries, and other entries during the month-end close
• Assist in maintaining the Company's credit card programs, including working with managers and other employees to coordinate credit card coding
• Perform SOX compliant functions, including maintaining internal controls required by the SEC
• Assist in compiling various accounting reports that are used by management on a monthly basis
• Ad-hoc project work as assigned

• bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• 2+ years of relevant experience in either public or corporate accounting
