The recruiters at AP Professionals of Rochester take pride in being active participants in greater Rochester area professional societies. After recent and rapid growth, AP Rochester now has a strong presence in the young professional community.
Founded in 1993
AP Professionals Buffalo was founded in 1993 by former Area Vice President of Robert Half, Joseph Kreuz. In 1996, Mark Pautler, also formerly of Robert Half, founded the Rochester office of AP Professionals. Originally, the Rochester AP location focused in Accounting and Finance; Administration; and Human Resources recruitment.
Over the course of the next decade, the AP brand grew to include offices in Phoenix, Florida, Syracuse, and Oregon. After over 20 years of success in the Rochester market, the local AP office expanded its reach with a new Engineering and Operations Division in 2017.
Relationship-Building
AP Professionals is a business predicated on prosperity, growth, and expansion, with many more years to come. Currently, the Rochester office is utilizing the collaboration of business lines old and new to drive a relationship-building, highly profitable, company culture.
Mark Pautler puts significant investments into search engine optimization efforts, and other digital marketing campaigns to ensure a prosperous future. AP Rochester also recently added a new conference room and updated all other conference rooms. Now, they provide a comfortable, slightly more stylish environment for clients, candidates, and employees alike.
Plans for the Future
Mark plans to grow the business year-on-year, whether this means adding a new revenue stream to the Rochester office or potentially establishing new offices. He is always on the lookout for new talent and professional ventures.
Most recently, he has explored the possibility of data analytics or data science recruitment. AP has been building relationships in Rochester, New York, for 22 years, and does not plan on changing that mentality any time soon.
