AP Professionals of Rochester celebrates 22 years of business!
Managing Partner, Mark Pautler opened the Rochester location in 1996 with the goal of building relationships that last a lifetime. By providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates, Mark has produced a culture of success.
Over the past year, our office has grown from 10 full time employees to 15. Of our 10 full time recruiters, eight have been with AP for five or more years, five for over 10, and three for over 15.
We added a new division, Engineering & Operations and grew within our already strong Accounting & Finance, Administrative, and Human Resources sectors. In the past year alone, we matched over 200 candidates with top employers in the greater Rochester area.
We look forward to growing our business stronger over the next 22 years. Our standard is to source and then screen each candidate internally, and to take the time to visit each client at their facility. We take the time to grow relationships from the start and maintain those relationships through our commitment to service.
We are a staffing agency for employers and job seekers; our target is to create the best match between a candidate’s skills and the needs of a client. Through our local knowledge and developed connections, we strive to find the right fit. And so, Mark will continue to instill the “right fit” motto externally with our candidates and clients, as well as internally as we grow our Rochester team.
