AP Professionals is partnering with a local specialty company in search of an outstanding Customer Service Associate.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist customers. Responsibilities include resolving a variety of customer and manufacturer warranty inquiries with empathy, collaborating with team members, and showcasing in-depth product knowledge to provide efficient and accurate assistance.


  • Delivering unparalleled service while continuously enhancing our customer journey.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring timely and considerate assistance for customers.
  • Acquire proficiency in industry-specific terminology to effectively troubleshoot issues.
  • Efficiently record and organize customer and vehicle data in CRM and other designated systems.
  • Proactively address warranty concerns by following up with customers as required.
  • Transmit warranty estimates to dealers, providing pertinent details for their circumstances.
  • Act as a liaison for scheduling, facilitating communication between technicians and customers.
  • Ensure prompt responses to incoming voicemails and emails within designated time frames.
  • Provide support for trade shows as necessary.


  • Completion of an associate degree program.


  • Prior experience in Customer Service and/or Warranty Administration is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Demonstrated capability to maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
