AP Professionals is partnering with a local company looking for a part-time Assistant to their Business Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering administrative support in accounting and marketing, directly contributing to the agency's daily business operations. This position is flexible and is looking for 20 to 24 hours per week.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Execute cash postings efficiently and accurately.
- Handle accounts payable processes from entry to check production, including scanning, reconciling vendor statements, and mailing payments.
- Administer payroll operations, involving calculation, statistical analysis, and data entry.
- Oversee the record storage process for onsite documentation.
- Process legal requests for patient information in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and update personnel files for both paid and volunteer staff.
- Perform bank and post office errands as needed.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization as the primary point of contact for outbound programs and services.
- Input fund drive data into the database and dispatch thank-you letters promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date fund drive list with all pertinent updates.
- Coordinate and execute community awareness and recruitment initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with business and community groups.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated.
