Oversee and manage a third-party Supply Chain Finance platform, acting as the primary contact for financial institutions and service providers involved. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of suppliers to the finance system.
Serve as the liaison between internal departments and an external workforce solutions partner responsible for staffing hundreds of positions across multiple business units.
Administer and support corporate travel and expense management systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Supervise the organization's corporate credit card program, working in conjunction with the financial services provider to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with vendor relationship development and compliance efforts, including establishing electronic data interchange (EDI) capabilities and managing contract obligations.
Maintain and support the functionality of financial and operational workflow platforms including, but not limited to, reconciliation, invoice processing, and travel systems.
Direct a cross-functional team in the successful execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
Partner with senior finance leaders to identify areas for operational and process enhancements.
Lead improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency and effectiveness, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.
Investigate underlying causes of inefficiencies within financial and operational workflows, providing actionable recommendations for long-term improvement.
Deliver hands-on training and mentoring to staff at all levels to reinforce continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
Actively promote and contribute to a culture of operational excellence through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and process innovation.
Clearly articulate project scopes, objectives, and progress through consistent communication with executive leadership.
Gather and assess business requirements, stakeholder input, and interdependencies to define project goals and deliverables.
