Description

AP Professionals is partnering with a manufacturer who has been in business for decades in search of a Customer Excellence Coordinator. The Customer Excellence Coordinator role involves providing operational support to customers, managing relationships and orders for international clients, and contributing to Customer Excellence Improvement Initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with key customers through regular inbound and outbound communication to stay informed about upcoming projects and address their needs effectively.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and our Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve customer concerns.
  • Proactively communicate business updates to customers and devise tailored recovery plans when necessary.
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Develop regular and ad-hoc reporting for the sales team to facilitate decision-making.
  • Assist in creating reporting tools for the Customer Service Team to enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to the analysis of customer direct delivery and inventory optimization opportunities.
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of Voice of the Customer Survey initiatives to gather valuable feedback.
  • Implement, track, and report on customer-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Demonstrates adeptness in multitasking effortlessly.
  • Possesses proficiency in MS Tools, notably advanced Excel Skills.
  • Finds pleasure in building interpersonal relationships.
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills, adept at being diplomatic yet friendly with customers.
  • Capable of reprioritizing daily tasks as required.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, thriving on tackling challenging issues.
  • Previous manufacturing experience or knowledge is advantageous.
  • Possesses technical aptitude to quickly grasp the product portfolio and understand basic product drawings.
  • Demonstrates good retention abilities, crucial for learning and remembering vast amounts of information.
