Description

We have a great temp-hire/direct hire opportunity with a family run business located in Henrietta. AP is proud to partner with this organization to assist them in securing an additional CSR to join their team. This position is NOT a call center role!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales reps, warehouse and customer support manager to collect, enter, and process customer orders.
  • Play an integral role in building customer relationships.
  • Process a high volume of sales orders and invoices
  • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets
  • Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers
  • Open and maintain customer accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution

Education

  • Associate Degree

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience with order entry and invoicing

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High regard for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers
