Marketing Internship

This is a GREAT opportunity for someone who has a degree in Marketing and wants to gain experience. AP is working with a company located in Henrietta.  They are looking for a recent grad or someone who is in their last year of college locally so that when school is back in session they could retain you on a part time basis.

With this organization you will get hands-on experience across a range of marketing functions by creating marketing materials that reflect the brand positioning.  The focus will be on assisting the Marketing Manager and the Sales Director.  You will manage marketing collateral, social media and event coordination.

• Assists in creating marketing materials
• Focus on managing marketing collateral, social media, brand assets and event coordination
• Manage daily and weekly schedule to reflect a balance of primary duties which include:
• Create social media channel content, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Assist in creation and distribution of digital and print marketing materials, newsletters, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain company website page and creative materials to ensure accurate reflection of brand and offerings.
• Collaborate with Manager to plan, execute, and coordinate both virtual and in -person events, including managing event logistics, venue selection, budgeting, on-site support and vendor coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing

• 1 year of experience in marketing strongly preferred
• Graphic design experience a plus
• Ability to utilize digital and social media marketing tactics
• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Ability to interpret instructions
• Strong ethical behavior
