AP Professionals has partnered with a food manufacturer that is looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to their growing team! The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with contract management, order coordination, and supplier relationships. Prior experience in supply chain or operations a plus!

This position is a direct hire, full-time role paying $48-52K


  • Work with the Sales department to prepare contracts. Provide insight into contract performance and any issues that may pop up.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and completeness. Gather approvals before releasing orders for shipment.
  • Make sure order management is timely and accurate. Communicate with vendors, customers, and sales to ensure order processing is seamless.
  • Monitor and track orders, and troubleshoot information as needed. Communicate when there are cancellations or inactive orders.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers while assisting sales in understanding customer needs and resolving issues.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and shared services team.
  • Address customer complaints by providing solutions and alternatives within designated time frames.
  • Manage and organize documentation requirements and compliance mandates according to customer and government regulations. Maintain detailed records for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Assist with daily invoicing and billing tasks. Track invoices and follow up on any outstanding issues. Assist AR with invoice management, resolving short/over payments, and claims.


  • Associate degree, or combination of equivalent education and work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration a plus!


  • Previous experience in Operations, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
