This role is on-site full time in the Rochester office but will interact with the other offices located outside of the Rochester area. To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate your ability to prioritize, resolve problems, provide administrative support, and more!


  • Manage project documentation and electronic project filing.
  • Coordinate/manage their database.
  • Coordinate document printing and distribution efforts.
  • Administrative production of all project correspondence/paperwork for all project phases.
  • Coordinate with the 3 other locations.
  • Continuous production support tracking.
  • AIA construction phase documents.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Partners.
  • Maintain files and archive room orderliness/cleanliness/systemization.
  • Back up to the Receptionist for lunches, vacation and sick time



Relevant experience as a Project Coordinator in either an Engineering, Architectural, or Construction field is the most important requirement.


1-2 yrs of relevant experience in a professional office environment
