The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000.  There are many factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, the individual’s experience, skill set, education and job-related knowledge.  The stated salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role, such as performance-based cash bonus and incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates on an ongoing basis to continuously develop and maintain pipelines for various skill sets.
  • Work with Placement Directors to ensure adequate pipeline coverage on positions.
  • Assisting with candidate presentation to client.
  • Create reporting for the Placement Directors.
  • Conduct initial interviews and document notes in ATS.
    • Schedule new candidates for formal interview with the AP Placement Directors.
  • Update candidate resumes on AP letterhead for presentation to clients.
  • Schedule and create candidate interview confirmations with clients.
  • Maintain the integrity of the ATS ensuring proper documentation.
  • Participate in client visits and conference calls for new positions.
    • Develop and update job descriptions and post positions to appropriate job boards.
  • Perform reference checks on selected candidates.
  • Evaluate internal processes and procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

Education

We prefer candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree.  We will also consider candidates who have a blend of education and  relevant work experience.

 

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in an office or professional setting.
  • Prior recruiting support experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with an ATS preferred.
  • Proven experience with attention to detail.
  • Initiative, creativity, and outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong technical/software skills.
