AP Professionals has partnered with a solutions software company that is looking to add a Senior Account Executive to the team. This individual is responsible for reaching and maintaining sales goals for a designated US and/or International territory through the use of proven sales strategies. Candidates with technical backgrounds and 5+ years of sales experience are encouraged to apply! This company and team enjoys helping each other be successful and maintaining a positive culture.

This position is a direct hire, full time opportunity with a competitive base and commission structure.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.


  • Apply sales techniques to achieve new customers.
  • Advertise the benefit of company solutions to prospective clients.
  • Reach monthly and yearly quotas and institute new accounts by creating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Determine business solutions for current and prospective clients that will lead to company advancement.
  • Develop a database of potential clients through cold calling.
  • Continued learning through the use of training sessions, publications, and research.
  • Follow sales policies and procedures and keep record of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Create presentations and perform to customers, adjusting the content as needed for each proposal.
  • Maintain active communication with management by submitting plans and results.
  • Predict sales and prepare the management of the assigned sales territory
  • Attend trade shows on the company’s behalf.
  • Research current trends, products, and techniques in the market.
  • Settle customer complaints by determining the problem and creating solutions.


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field


  • 5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in the technical field
  • Experience selling internet-based and SaaS products to US and International accounts a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar software required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Ability to travel as required (a few times a year)
  • Interest in working with a positive team environment
